CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL CELL OF MONEYBOXX FINANCE LIMITED

We are committed to providing all the assistance you need regarding the products and services offered by us.
To ensure smooth and transparent handling of customer grievances, we have established a Complaint Redressal Mechanism for all our customers.

To facilitate quick and effective resolution of complaints, the following levels have been set up:

Level 1 - Register your complaint

Customer Care (Complaints are acknowledged and resolved within 10 working days)

Level 2 - If the complaint is unresolved

Grievance Redressal Officer (If unresolved at the end of 10 working days, it should be routed to Grievance Redressal Officer and issue to resolve in another 20 working days.)
